Service of Remembrance

The Service of Remembrance is a special gathering for families and staff to honor and remember individuals who received care at Duke University Hospital. Families who experienced the loss of a loved one at the hospital between April 1, 2024, and March 31, 2025, are invited to attend this annual memorial service.

There will be light refreshments provided. We do ask that staff allow all guests present first access to the refreshments before getting in line.
